Our promotional offers and discounts are sent approximately once a month to our existing customers and account holders. Offers include free shipping coupons or special discounts. We will never sell or rent your e-mail addressed to any third party. 

 

How Can I Place an Order?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You can order online through our secure website.

 

Order Status

To check on the status of your order please e-mail us at info@winsometea.com. E-mails are answered within 24 hours.

 

Sales Tax

We do not charge any sales tax on any orders except for shipping to the State of Pennsylvania. Pennsylvania does not charge sales tax on tea but does charge sales tax on tea accessories.

 

Cancelling/Changing Orders

Once your order has been completed through our online shopping cart, it cannot be cancelled or changed for any reason. We fulfil orders very quickly and once your order is completed we are unable to modify it. We apologize for any inconvenience and we hope that our efficient and fast processing time does work for your advantage.

Undeliverable & Refused Packages

Please review your order very carefully! If a delivery is refused for any reason or your order is considered undeliverable due to an invalid shipping address you will incur extra shipping charges. Again, please review your ordering information very carefully!

 

Returns/Exchanges

Please note that washing or defacing any item purchased in our online store automatically constitutes a non-refundable and non-returnable.

Defects: Defective items must be reported within 14 days of receipt by contacting info@winsometea.com or by way of filling out Contact Us Form on our Contact Us page. Winsome Tea Co. will not be liable for defective items NOT reported within the 14 day policy.

Opened tea is NOT REFUNDABLE.

You can return unopened tea in its original uncompromised packaging within 14 days of receipt for any reason. We will credit you the full amount of the goods value but not the shipping charges. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).

Refunds

You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).

However, from time to time there may be information on our website or in our product brochures that may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, and availability. Winsome Tea Co. reservs the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions or to change or update information at any time without prior notice (including after an order has been submitted).

 

Shipping Times

Orders usually ship the same business day if placed before 3 PM EST and the items are in stock. 

We ship to all US States and US Territories. No international shipping at this time.



Shipping rates

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.
