Shui Xian, another name of Daffodil oolong is one of the most popular oolongs in the world. This is a medium oxidation oolong. For more smoothness, it underwent an additional step of roasting after blending and resting. A cup of this oolong will please you with a warm roasted aroma and sweet finish highlighted by mellow notes of raisin, sugar, honeysuckle, and baked grain.

    Another fine oolong!

    Oolong is one of my favorite teas. I like to have a variety of oolong teas on hand to choose from. This one is special, I like that it is not too mild that it's hard to taste the flavor and I love that it's organic so I feel extra healthy the days that I choose to drink it.
